Refunds & Returns Policy
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at shop@astropawn.com. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@astropawn.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return shipping
Our return shipping policy is designed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and convenient. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Carefully package the item(s), complete any return form provided, and ship using a trackable method.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
