1.1 Buyer may place orders for Products through Seller’s website or by contacting Seller directly.

1.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller and availability of the Products.

1.3 Seller reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Prices for Products are as listed on Seller’s website or as quoted by Seller at the time of order placement.

2.2 All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, or other similar charges, which shall be the responsibility of Buyer.

2.3 Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon by Seller.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2 Seller will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates, but such dates are estimates only and Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery.

10. Waiver

10.1 The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Terms.
